Privacy Policy

Peract LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a California limited liability company at 2108 N St #17311, Sacramento, CA 95816.

What we collect

• The property address you enter, and the coordinates we look up from it
• Your survey answers and, for a paid report, the photos you upload
• Your email address, if you give it to us
• Order records. Card details go directly to our payment processor and never reach our servers
• Basic technical data: pages viewed, approximate city-level location, and any privacy signal your browser sends. We store a one-way hash of your IP address and browser, not the values themselves

How we use it

To create and deliver your assessment or report; to send order-related email and, if you opted in, updates about your address; to improve the service, which includes reusing property photos to refine what our AI checks for and to train our own AI models; and to operate the site and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Service providers who perform a function for us and may not use your information for their own purposes: hosting and analytics, database and file storage, payment processing, email delivery, AI analysis, and address lookup and mapping. We also send property coordinates to CAL FIRE's public hazard-zone service. Otherwise we disclose information only where the law requires it, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a sale of the business.

How long we keep it

Photos are kept until you ask us to delete them. Everything else is kept while we operate the service, and order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Cookies, Do Not Track, and third parties

We use only cookies strictly necessary to operate the site, and none for advertising or cross-site tracking. See our Cookie Policy. Browsers send "Do Not Track" inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for it, so we do not respond to that signal; we do honor Global Privacy Control. We do not permit third parties to collect personal information about your activity across other websites through this site.

Your choices

Email hello@zonezerocheck.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we'll confirm when it's done. Deleting removes your photos and your assessment, so you'll lose access to any existing report. To stop marketing email, use the preferences link at the bottom of any email we've sent you. We won't treat you differently for asking.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we'll say so on this page and, where we have your email address and the change calls for it, tell you directly. A new use applies only to information collected afterward.
